When you are aware of an issue but are unsure about the facts, that is when a Visual Assessment can prove useful to you.
The Visual Assessment includes an on site inspection by our internationally certified IAQ professional, who has over a decade of Bermuda based experience. This provides you with the opportunity to discuss your concerns, gain expert insight, and receive recommendations for further investigation and Environmental Testing suitable for your particular situation.
The Visual Assessment takes no more than an hour for smaller properties and costs $150 for the first hour (or part thereof). This includes a site visit, preliminary general air quality readings (temperature, relative humidity, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide) and a brief visual assessment report. Please note, following the Visual Assessment there is no obligation to proceed with the recommendations or further testing. Having said that, many clients find our other services useful at this point - most often that service being our Comprehensive Evaluation.
