Indoor air quality is commonly viewed nowadays as worse than outdoors due to the use of air conditioning systems (HVAC and A/C units), increased efficiency in building construction, and the use of chemicals (such as cleaners and air fresheners). The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has warned of short-term and long-term health problems such as asthma (and other respiratory complaints), headaches, eye and throat irritation, and fatigue, all of which can be worsened by poor air quality. These issues are more commonly seen in offices and schools due to the lack of introduction of fresh air throughout those buildings.

IAQS is pleased to provide indoor air quality testing for a wide range of indoor air quality complaints including:
    • Mould
    • Carbon monoxide
    • Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
    • Airborne Particulates
    • Hydrogen Sulphide
    • Fresh Air Exchange

IAQS also carries out thermal imaging and location of moisture intrusion to ascertain areas of water leakage which may lead to future fungal contamination. If the service you require is not listed, please contact us so that we may discuss your concerns.

We are happy to carry out indoor air quality testing and provide a report detailing the results of the findings. For a more in-depth analysis of the testing, consulting services are also offered. Please see our Consulting section for more details.
